Donkey Dash and Doggie Dash 5k

I love to support any race that encourages doggie participation. Cricket and I plan on being out there for this fun event!

Donkey Dash 5k

5k course that starts and finishes at Doc's Backyard. This fast, flat user-friendly course will take you on a tour through beautiful Sunset Valley. There will be two aid stations on the course with water. The finish line will be a welcome site with plenty of food, drinks, prizes, and entertainment for the family! Parking will be available at the shopping center just off Brodie Lane, at the race site.

Doggy Dash 5k

Same course and start time as the Donkey Dash 5k. Categories will be comprised of combined male-female 6 years and younger / masters 7 years and older. Canines will participate with their owners, who are also registered in the Donkey Dash. All aid stations will have water bowls and treats for the canines. All owners will be required to start with a "doggy disposal bag" (provided at the start area) and will be required to pick up after their canine's. The start/finish area and all aid stations will have disposal containers for the bags. Any particpant that does not pick up after their canine will be disqualified from the event results. Canines will be given a separate chip that will be worn on their collar.
