2nd Annual (maybe) Doggie Du

There were twice as many racers, this year. Everyone looked ready with the dogs in their life jackets and the humans with their goggles and swim wear. Some racers, wise from last year's swim effort, brought toys and treats in hopes to entice their dogs around the swim course.

Junebug updates

June and I have been going on regular runs. She is doing great and is finding a love, like most Austinites, for Lady Bird Lake. Her favorite activity, beyond running and playing with squeaky toys, is riding in the car. Unfortunatly, on one of our pre-dawn outtings to LBL, last week, I rolled the window down too far and June, not realizing it, fell out. Everyone is ok, though (whew!).

I've taken some more pics but it is hard to get good pictures of black dogs.
