Beautiful Red Heeler (Boo) Looking for a Home

I am an 8 month old Australian Cattle Dog (aka Blue Heeler or Red Heeler). My foster mom found me underneath a trailer by her house. I was really skinny and scared. She brought me home, fed me and then took me to the vet. I had fleas, mange and lots of worms and was in pretty bad shape.
That was 3 months ago and now I am all fixed up. My fleas, mange and worms are gone. I am current on all my shots. She even had me micro chipped to keep me safe forever. I also got neutered at the vet and I didn’t think that would be much fun but now I know I am much better off.My mom says I am very smart and very, very sweet. I get along great with both of my foster brothers and we play and cuddle all the time. I also love the small human children that live here and will play with them too.
At night my mom will let me get on the couch and cuddle with her but I only get up there when I am invited. I have good manners for an 8 month old stray. I can sit, lie down, come and I am working hard on stay. I also heel better than any young guy my mom has seen, I think it is in my blood.
I love to run. I would probably be the best running buddy ever because I was made to run next to a horse and herd cattle all day. In time I should be up to 10+ miles easily. My mom tries to run me 4 or 5 miles every day but because of the my 2 foster brothers and the little humans she just doesn’t have time to take care of all of us and my foster brothers are starting to get neglected.
Right now I am about 35 lbs and shouldn’t get too much bigger. I am small enough to cuddle on the couch and big enough to keep you safe on a run.
I don’t bark much and am house trained and crate trained. I sleep in my crate all night and don’t make a peep. My foster mom says that whoever will give me a forever home can take my crate and all my stuff too. She also says that she will baby-sit me anytime and if things don’t work out I can come back here.
Please give me a chance and email my mom.

Hi! Has Boo found a forever home or is he still in search of that perfect match? I am interested in finding just the right dog friend for my rescued Australian shepherd. Adam is a runner and is able to do 10 miles now at age two.
My personal email address is bikerchickaustin@yahoo.com (My husband and I are athletes -- cyclists, long-distance runners, and endurance horse riders). We live in the Hill Country on 20 acres.
