Help Sara's Sanctuary

Hello SARA Supporters-
We really need your help now more than ever. Summer means a decline in donations and a rise in expenses for SARA. If everybody who receives this message would send just $10, it would go a long way in helping us pay our bills and operating expenses. We must raise at least $30,000 per month just to cover the basics.

Electric Bill Due
We need to keep our electricity on- without it, we have no water for the animals here. Our bill must be paid by Friday, August 4th or it will be disconnected. Our current total amount owed is $1543.84.

Flea and Tick Treatment
We need to treat the dogs monthly with Advantix and the cats with Advantage. SARA Supporter, Melissa Wu is helping us through her organization, Animal Matters by setting up a “No More Tick Fund.” To contribute to this fund, please contact Melissa at Melissa@animalmattersonline.org for details.
Here’s a price breakdown for the dogs:
Keep one dog tick free for six months ($49), a full year ($99), and Keep 3 dogs tick free for a year ($297).

Volunteers Needed This Saturday
We have several projects that need to be completed this weekend including spreading granular insecticide and applying Advantix to the dogs, bathing, clean up, etc. If you can lend a hand, please RSVP Sarah Bubeck at srbubeck@yahoo.com.
